In addition to the chartering of our own vessels, we have extensive network of contacts in the marine industry locally, regionally and internationally. The network that ‘Sora Marine’ developed within the local and international maritime industry has been very useful to be able to identify, secure and provide various types of small & medium range vessels. Depending on the requirement, these have been sourced out on voyage, period and time charters to customers both local and international. We understand the varying needs of customers and so have ensured to serve them independent of their scale of operations. Our valuable relationships built over the years with many companies in the industry have quite helped us attain capability of delivering this service in a short span.

In June 2019, Sora Marine was awarded a contract from Dolphin Energy for the provision of emergency response and rescue vessel ERRV for 5 years. The ERRV Topaz Juzor was deployed for this contract and she is currently operating in DOL 1 and DOL 2 oil fields.

In June 2020, Sora Marine was awarded a contract from North Oil Company NOC for the provision of 80 passengers shuttle vessel in the North Oil Field. The DP 2 Vessel MV Topaz Mamlaka was deployed for this contract along with walk to work heave compensated gangway system, and she is being used to shuttle offshore personnel in between platforms at the North Oil Field.
