1. Definitions Carrier means the vessel owner and/or operator providing transportation services. ‘Passenger’ includes all passengers, crew, technicians, contractors, and other persons carried on board. Vessel means the fast passenger/crew transfer boat used for carriage. Carriage means the transportation of the Passenger on board the Vessel.

2. Scope of Carriage The Carrier agrees to transport the Passenger by sea subject to these Conditions of Carriage. Boarding the Vessel or submitting a booking constitutes acceptance of these Conditions.

3. Passenger Obligations Passengers shall provide accurate personal information, comply with safety instructions, wear PPE when instructed, and declare any medical condition or hazardous item that may affect safety. The Carrier may refuse carriage to any Passenger posing a safety risk, or to a Passenger making it known that he/she is uncomfortable in undertaking the journey.

4. Safety and Operational Risks The Passenger acknowledges the inherent risks associated with using marine crew boat transportation, weather unpredictability, and the hazards of transferring from ship to ship at sea.

5. Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Passenger waives and releases the Carrier from claims arising from carriage, except to the extent such claims are recoverable under the Carrier’s applicable insurance policies.

6. Limitation of Liability The Carrier’s liability shall be limited strictly to the coverage provided under the Carriers applicable insurance policies and terms.

7. Indemnification The Passenger agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Carrier from claims arising from the Passenger’s breach, negligence, or misconduct, except to the extent covered by insurance.

8. Insurance The Carrier maintains marine insurance in accordance with industry standards. Coverage is subject to policy terms, exclusions, and limits.

9. Personal Property Personal belongings are carried at the Passenger’s own risk, except where covered by insurance.

10. Force Majeure The Carrier is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.

11. Data Protection Passenger data is collected for safety, operational, and regulatory purposes and may be stored offline and synced securely, as per our Privacy & Data Usage Policy.

12. Governing Law These Conditions are governed by applicable maritime law and/or the laws of Qatar, whichever are applicable.

13. Severability Invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Conditions.

7. Data Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or insurance purposes and then securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Subject Rights: Individuals may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, subject to legal limitations.

9. Consent: By submitting personal information or using the Carrier’s services, individuals consent to data processing as described in this Policy.

10. Updates: This Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of carriage applies.
